Due to Lifestyle Modification & Dietary Changes in modern generation, Heart Attacks are increasing at an alarming rate.
It occurs due to narrowing of arteries or a sudden blockage from a blood clot which cuts off the nutrients & oxygen supply to the heart muscle. These Patients are brought to the hospital in two to three hours of suffering the stroke in most cases, which is becoming a hurdle for bringing them to normal health

The first hour after the onset of heart attack is called the Golden Hour. It is a window of opportunity that impacts a patient’s survival & quality of life following a heart attack.
It is a critical time because the heart muscle starts to die within 80-90 minutes & within six hours almost all the affected parts of the heart could be irreversibly damaged.
But Appropriate action within first 60 minutes of a heart attack can reverse its effects.
Steps to be taken:
Recognise the symptoms like Heaviness, pressure or burning sensation over the chest
Call for help immediately
Reach the nearest hospital which has cardiac care facilities as
early as possible.Do not drive yourself as you could harm yourself as well as others.
